Do your accept credit cards?

Answer:
Currently we only accept money orders, cashiers checks, business checks and personal checks.  Orders paid with personal and business checks will be processed and shipped after your check clears our bank.

Do you export?

Answer:
We currently ship in the Intercontinental US only and do not export.


Question:
Do you do handgun repair?

Answer:
We currently work on Coonan firearms only!


Question:
Do you have any plans to manufacture Coonan .357 handguns?

Answer:
In order for us to manufacture Coon Handguns again, we would need to re-tool all of the fixtures and molds.  This expense would exceed $500,000.00 in capital and we would need investors to do so.
At this point in time, we can only offer repair and support.

How do I place a order with DCI Industries for Coonan handgun parts?

Answer:
To place a order please use our inquiry form to find the desired parts wanted.  Next, use our inquiry form to list the part number, description and quantity you wish to purchase.  Next send your payment to DCI Industries, INC.

Orders paid with personal and business checks will be processed and shipped after your check clears our bank.

Please note we do not accept orders or enquiries by phone. All orders, inquiries are VIA Internet.

There will be a minimum of $9.95 on orders to cover shipping and handling.

Question:
Do you actually have the Coonan handgun parts that are listed on your web site?

Answer:
All parts listed on our web site are currently in stock and ready for sale.  If we are out of stock, we mark the item as n/a on our web site.


Question:
Do you sell checkered handgrips?

Answer:
We do not carry checkered handgrips.  I suggest you buy our plain handgrips and send them to a local gun shop for checkering.


Question:
Do you have 8 shot magazines?

Answer:
No, we only have 7 shot magazines which we could modify to a 8 shot magazine.  7 shot magazines sell for $100.00 each and a 8 shot magazine would cost $135.00 because of the cost to machine them.


Question:
Do you have Cadet magazines?

Answer:
No, we only have 7 shot Model B magazines which we could cut down and re-weld to fit the Cadet.  7 shot model B magazines sell for $100.00 each and a Cadet magazine would cost $135.00 because of the cost to machine them.

Cadet magazines have always been made from a 7 shot Model B magazines which are cut down to fit the Cadet.


Question:
What are the reqs for shooting .38's?  Different magazines and springs?

Answer:
The magazine is a standard magazine, but a spacer is added.  The recoil spring is 12lbs.  We have the spacers and 12lb Wolf springs in stock.


Question:
Do you have owners manual for the Model B .357 Coonan?

Answer:
We have Model B .357 owners manuals for $25.00, but you can download the manual from our web site in Adobe Acrobat PDF format for free.


Question:
I want to inquire as to whether any of the Co-Rect compensators are still available

Answer:
Co-Rect compensators are listed on our web site with the qty available.  We have qty of 3 at $85.00 list each and sell for $50.00 each.  After they sell out, there will be no more available.


Question:
Do you take magazines in on trades?

Answer:
We do not take trades because we only can give you about half price for what you want to trade in to us.  I feel that you are much better off to list what you what to trade on the Coonan Arms Discussion Board, located at: http://members.boardhost.com/dajowi
